LaPlaya Sauvignon Blanc: aromas of floral blossoms, lime and honeydew with accents of lemon-lime zest citrus candies and background notes of fresh grass
La Playa Cabernet Sauvignon; complex aromas with notes of candy, raisins, toast and tobacco. It finishes with soft ripe tannins with mocha-coffee flavor.

Grand Breviande: 100% Cabernet Franc a rich full bodied wine giving a perfect balance between the fruit and tannins. Can be drunk young (ours is 2008) or left to mature in cool cellars. I say drink now with grilled meats and local goat cheese.
The Drunk Rooster...yes from France...a soft chardonnay with a hint of lime...liquid gold in the glass on a warm evening.

Laxas vineyards brings us Albarino..rich yet soft sauvignon blanc with flavors of peaches, green apples and buttery notes
Sarabande's Crianza :Special Blend"..50% tempranillo, 25% each of merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon with 12 months in french and american fine oak.
Sarabande's Chardonnay made from sun exposed Moscatel and chardonnaay grapes gives this wine a clean, bright balance of dryness and fruit.
Sarabande"s "Old Vine Red wine" Intense cherry-red color with a touch of ripe fruit and black pepper...full but soft fruit flavors with a long balanced finish.
