El Don Wines -- From Chile, we have merlot, syrah, cabernet sauvignon and sauvignon blanc

South Africa wines:  Goiya Vineyards:  Shiraz , Shiraz/Pinotage, Chardonnay/Sauvignon Blanc.

Delightful Wines --- Light, White or Sweet---With the holidays comes thirst and the right wine on a snowy day can make things even better.

1. El Don Sauvignon Blanc -- This is a fruity, well balnced wine with goody acidity which foves it crispness and a long finish.  This Chilean wine is a  brilliant yellow with hues of Green Sauvignon, melon and pineapple.

2. AU Chardonnay  -- AU is the symbol for gold and this Australian wine is a golden chardonnay.  Lightly oaked in the southern hemisphere style, this white wine works well with poulty and pork along with almost any seafood dish.  If it has a white or cheese sauce, this is the winner. 

3. Muscat id Patras -- Want a sweet wine that is not heavy, than this Greek wine is for you.  It's a wine you can sip with the girls and enjoy with some great cheese from our cheese cooler.  Some would even use it for an after dinner drink.

Reds for All Year Round -- Red wine drinkers know this is no season for ordinary reds.

1. AU Shiraz or Cabernet Sauvignon -- This Australian winemaker  brings us a deep purple Shiraz that goes great with lamb and duck and a dry cabernet to stand up to all your beef dishes.

2. Merlots -- Try the ones from South America for a light red  wine that even white drinkers will enjoy.

3. Rose -- We have a Robertson's sweet Rose from South African that just flies off the shelves.

4. Fruit Wines -- IT's  PARTY TIME!  THESE MAKE GREAT WINE PUNCHES.  Made from 100% fruit, River Mist from Chile offers you a Strawberry, Peach, and Tropical fruit option.  Refreshing, light and great over ice with a shot of Vodka for extra punch. For the holidays, we have them in 1.5 liter jugs.  Serve this in ice as a simple punch.  Pump up the strength by mixing 3 parts wine & 1 part vodka and serve over ice.

Pairings  try one of our reds witha piece of our dark chocolate covered figs with some of the Irish Cashel creamy blue cheese......it's to die for!!!!!
